We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Upon our return, we received a registered mail from the Executive Housekeeper, Ms. Charlene Liu, informing us that we have left behind 2 pairs of earrings.
We are very impressed by their effort and service rendered during and after our stay. The concierge was most helpful as well.
We would definitely stay there again!
